Sabrinsky Flores Dental Room, at Calle Los Próceres, corner of calle Segunda, no. 14, Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, is responsible for processing the data it receives to manage its services. This policy explains the use of data from the website and from consultations, bookings, and payments managed through it.
Information We Collect
• Information you provide to us: name, phone number, email address, booking and billing information, and identification when necessary. For dental care, this also includes relevant clinical information.
• Browsing data: IP address, browser, device, pages visited, interactions, and cookie identifiers, depending on the service and applicable settings. Consentik records your cookie choice.
How We Use the Information
To respond to inquiries, coordinate appointments, process payments, provide dental care, manage medical records, protect the site, and comply with legal obligations. Where applicable, we request consent for promotional communications, optional features, visitor analytics, and advertising measurement. You do not need to accept advertising cookies to request care.
Service providers and data disclosure
We use Wix to host and operate the site, Consentik to manage cookie preferences, and payment providers to process transactions. The gateway used is identified during payment. These providers may process the information necessary to deliver their services.
The site includes Google integrations (Google Analytics and the Google tag) and Meta integrations (Pixel and Conversions API). Depending on the applicable settings and authorized choices, they may receive technical data, identifiers, and interactions for statistics and advertising measurement, and link them to information they already hold. The scope of each service is also explained in its provider's privacy policies.
If you choose to communicate via WhatsApp or access a social network, the corresponding service will process information in accordance with its own policy. We may also disclose information when there is a legal obligation or when it is necessary to respond to a valid request from an authority.
Some providers operate outside the Dominican Republic, so their services may involve international data processing. The country and conditions depend on the provider; you can request information about the recipients and the processing of your data by contacting our privacy email address.
Cookies and Your Preferences
The notice lets you accept all cookies, reject optional cookies, or choose by category in “Preferences.” Essential cookies enable basic and security functions. Functional cookies offer additional options; analytics cookies help us understand visits; advertising cookies are used to measure and personalize ads.

Clinical information is specially protected and is processed for dental care, relevant healthcare management, and legal obligations, with the corresponding duty of confidentiality. Do not post diagnoses, X-rays, or other health information in public comments or forms; ask the team which channel is appropriate for sending them.
We retain information for as long as necessary for the purposes described and to meet legal, accounting, or healthcare obligations and address potential claims. Deletion may be limited while a retention obligation exists.
The site uses HTTPS. Protection also depends on organizational measures and providers; no system guarantees absolute security. Enter card details only in the corresponding payment form, never in comments, emails, or chats.
You may request access, rectification, cancellation or erasure where appropriate, and object to processing under applicable regulations, including Law 172-13. To protect your data, we may request only the information necessary to verify your identity.
You may withdraw consent for optional uses or request to stop receiving promotional communications. Withdrawal does not, in itself, affect prior processing lawfully carried out. Changing cookie settings, unsubscribing from communications, and requesting deletion of a record are separate procedures.
We will publish updates to this policy here with their date. If a new use requires consent, we will request it; continuing to browse does not constitute acceptance of optional cookies.

Sabrinsky AI Manager is a tool used by Sabrinsky Flores Dental Room to manage digital communications, analyze social media metrics, and respond to patient inquiries.
The information collected is used solely for operational purposes, customer service, and service improvement. Data obtained through Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) is used exclusively within the permissions granted by the user and in accordance with Meta Platforms policies.
We do not sell or rent personal information. We may use authorized providers of technology, hosting, analytics, communications, or advertising services, subject to their own privacy policies and only for the necessary purposes.
ADVERTISING, COOKIES, AND GOOGLE ADSENSE
This site uses Google AdSense, a Google advertising service, to display and measure ads. Google and its advertising partners may use cookies, IP addresses, and other identifiers to serve, limit, personalize, and measure ads, as well as to prevent fraud and abuse.
