Nature of the Service
Sabrinsky Flores Dental Room offers in-person dental services.
The payment structure for the listed services is as follows:
• Dental evaluation at RD$2,400: an online deposit of RD$1,400 (58.33%) to book and a balance of RD$1,000 (41.67%) at the clinic.
• Pre-whitening evaluation of RD$2,400: online deposit of RD$1,400 (58.33%) to book and a balance of RD$1,000 (41.67%) at the clinic.
• RD$2,500 is paid at the clinic: the remaining RD$1,000 for the evaluation plus RD$1,500 for the digital panoramic X-ray.
Definitive treatments are determined only after a clinical evaluation
in person.
Currency
All prices are expressed in Dominican Pesos (RD$).
Payment Confirmation
Upon completing payment, the patient will receive a confirmation email
with:
• Business name
• Service purchased
• Amount paid
• Currency
• Transaction date
• Contact information
Professional Judgment
All treatments are subject to clinical evaluation and professional judgment.
The final decision on the diagnosis, the need for additional tests, and
eligibility for procedures rests exclusively with the treating doctor.
CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY
Evaluation Bookings
• The online deposit of RD$1,400 (58.33%) reserves the appointment slot; the balance of RD$1,000 (41.67%) is paid at the clinic.
• It is non-refundable.
• May be rescheduled once with at least 24 hours' notice.
• If the patient does not attend without prior notice, the amount paid is forfeited.
Booking an Evaluation for Whitening
• This consists of an online deposit of RD$1,400 (58.33%); the balance of RD$1,000 (41.67%) is paid at the clinic.
• Does not guarantee that the treatment will be performed.
• It is non-refundable.
• It can be rescheduled with 24 hours' notice.
Panoramic X-ray
• The panoramic X-ray costs RD$1,500 and is paid at the clinic.
• It can be rescheduled with advance notice.
• It is non-refundable once the imaging has been performed.
• If the patient does not attend without giving notice, a new appointment must be arranged, subject to availability.
Cancellation by the clinic
If the clinic must cancel an appointment due to force majeure, rescheduling will be offered
without penalty.

Major treatments are not sold directly online.
Service Delivery
Services will be provided in person at Calle Los Próceres esq. C/2da #14 Urb. Los Próceres 1, Sabrinsky Flores Dental Room, 10601, Dominican Republic.
The payment structure establishes:
• The online deposit of RD$1,400 guarantees the appointment booking.
• The RD$1,500 panoramic X-ray is paid at the clinic.
The final date is subject to confirmation by the administrative team.
Refunds
• Booking deposits are nonrefundable.
• Imaging already performed is non-refundable.
• In the event of a confirmed duplicate charge, a refund will be issued within a
period of 15 to 30 business days.
Transaction Security
Transactions are processed through a certified payment gateway.
The business does not store card data.
